Description

Excerpt

       remember
      our metal skin
     when the planet
       first caught fire
                it was
                 years
               before we
              understood
               the awful
                thing we
       held to our chest
   whatever a poem can
  send into the future
   please send the
    breath
     we have
      been trying
       to catch
        for as long
         as you can
          hold it
           so glad
     you came by
     thank you
     as always
