Shanna Compton is a poet, printmaker, and book artist in Blue Hill, Maine. Her visual arts practice includes linocut, monotype, collage, typography, hand-printed cards, and handmade books. In every medium, she explores a vital connection to nature, the expressive possibilities of ink and paper, and a deep fascination with language, letterforms, and sound.
